Important Notes to Participants
Admission Arrangements
  1. Please arrive at the venue early, as security screening at the Palace Museum may take additional time.
  1. Present your unique QR code for admission.
  1. Upon entry, you will receive an identification badge which must be worn throughout the event.
  1. For the afternoon session, please return to the HKJC Auditorium before 2:20 PM (the reception counter will open at 2:10 PM).
  1. To fulfil CME/ CPD requirements, you need to sign a form at the foyer area.
House Rules
  1. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the Palace Museum. Bottled water is allowed.
  1. Video recording is strictly prohibited.
  1. Please maintain silence during the proceedings.
Public Transportation Recommended
We strongly recommend using public transportation to the Hong Kong Palace Museum, as on-street parking is unavailable in the West Kowloon Cultural District and public parking spaces are extremely limited.
We recommend you to park at P1, P3 & P4 if you wish to drive.

Museum Drive (Bus stop location)
  • Weekdays: 296D, H2, H2K, HK1

Austin Road West (Bus stop location)
Alight at Austin Road West, followed by a 5-minute walk to the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Nga Cheung Road (Bus stop location)
Alight at Nga Cheung Road, followed by a 10-minute walk to the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Western Harbour Crossing (Bus stop location)
Alight at Western Harbour Crossing, followed by a 5-minute walk to the West Kowloon Cultural District.

Cultural Express CX1* (MTR Austin Station Exit D2 to the West Kowloon Cultural District) 26 (MTR Kowloon Station to To Kwa Wan) 74 (MTR Kowloon Station to Mong Kok) 74S (MTR Kowloon Station to Ho Man Tin Hill) 77M (MTR Kowloon Station to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station)
  • A low-floor wheelchair accessible Public Light Bus (minibus) will be deployed to Route No. CX1. Passengers can reserve a wheelchair space with the minibus operator through operator hotline (852) 9326 2007.
By MTR
Kowloon Station – via Airport Express or Tung Chung Line
  • Exit E4 or E5: Walk along Nga Cheung Road and cross the footbridge at Western Harbour Crossing Bus Stop (approximately 10–15 minutes)
  • Exit C1 or D1: Take the escalator to 1/F and follow the signs through ELEMENTS to the Artist Square Bridge on 2/F, Metal Zone to reach the West Kowloon Cultural District (approximately 10–15 minutes)
Austin Station – via Tuen Ma Line
  • Exit D2: Take below public transport towards the District:
  • Weekdays: Cultural Express CX1*
  • Weekends and Public Holidays: Cultural Express CX1*, W4
  • Exit B4 or B5: Walk to the West Kowloon Cultural District via ELEMENTS (approximately 15–20 minutes)
Hourly parking
We recommend you to park at P1, P3 & P4 if you wish to drive.
On-street parking is not available in the West Kowloon Cultural District.
